Welcome! This blog is designed to bring you along on my journey through different crafting mediums and my surprise journey moving halfway across the country. It’s been a journey I didn’t know I needed.

This journey has been quite a ride. It’s been a shock, a time for family, play time, and a growth time. I’ve made new friends and reconnected with family. I’ve turned an office/guest room into an office/guest room/craft room.

My journey has gone from being a single working mom to retired (for now) empty nester with kids 12 hours away. My plan was to look for job as soon as boredom set in. Well, I would say I’m still waiting, but I don’t have time to wait. There have never been so many amazing things I can’t wait to try. I love having the time to see my brothers and sisters. I love waking up to see the sunrise and spending time thanking God for all His blessings.
